TRACKSIDE

Bikes and Tents Only

Prices are per person and include Thursday to Sunday nights inclusive (regardless of length of stay).

Overlooking the southern sections of the track, the Trackside Campground, is the premium camping site with great views of the Southern Loop. This campground is reserved for spectators with motorcycles and tents only, however should car travellers wish to camp in this area, parking will be provided outside the campground, in car parks near the circuit. Cars will be permitted in the campground for half an hour for the purpose of unloading or loading camping equipment.

HIGHSIDE

Situated to the west of Southern Loop, the Highside Campground has been developed for all purpose camping including bikes, cars, tents, caravans, campervans, buses, motorhomes etc ... Facilities for people with a disability are available in Highside. Direct access from Highside Campground to the circuit will be via Gate 5.

Powered Sites

A limited number of powered sites are available for hire in the Highside Campground. A powered site alone does not allow entry into the Highside Campground; you must purchase a powered site together with Highside Campground. Please note, powered site prices are per site, not per person.

GRANDSTAND TICKETS

Reserved grandstand seating is strategically positioned in 6 locations around the circuit, offering spectacular views of the racing in some of the most exciting sections of the Phillip Island circuit. Choose from Bass Strait, Gardner Straight, Gardner Undercover, Lukey Heights, Sibera South and Stoner Pavilion. New for 2012 is Doohan Pavilion

  • Gardner Straight - located in the main straight, directly opposite the Pits, you will witness the start of the race, the excitement of the grid line up and the tension of Pit Lane. Undercover seating also available.
  • Bass Strait - see the bikes advancing down Pit Straight, manoeuvring through Turns 1 & 2 and racing by you as they disappear past Turns 3 & 4.
  • Siberia South - located on the eastern side of the Circuit providing you with a fantastic view of much of the track including the close-up racing of Turn 6.
  • Lukey Heights - from high on the hill you will have great views from Southern Loop, across Turn 4 through to Turns 10, 11 & 12.
  • Stoner Pavilion - located at the top of the main straight. With its own hospitality marquee providing shelter and a cash bar and Plasma screens, this facility will be a great place to witness all the action as riders leave the last turn and accelerate into the main straight.
  • Doohan Pavilion - the brand new Doohan Pavilion located on the outside of turn 2 on the Southern Loop is the ultimate grandstand experience available on circuit. Enjoy the action from a covered grandstand, with access to an exclusive undercover marquee located a few paces away behind the grandstand. The marquee includes access to a cash bar, food and beverages and private TV screens. Be the first to enjoy the brand new Doohan Pavilion! Complimentary breakfast included each day served from 9am-10am.

GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS

Your general admission ticket provides access to the outer area of the circuit and gives you the freedom to roam the excellent trackside viewing areas at numerous locations around the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit. Your general admission ticket also gives you FREE entry into the National Support Race Paddock (located on the infield of the track) to see all the behind-the-scenes action and Australia's best motorcycle racers. Note that patrons will not be permitted to enter the campground until after 3pm on Saturday 27 October 2012 if they hold a Sunday only general admission ticket.

GP HUB

General admission and grandstand patrons can take advantage of the GP Hub at the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit. GP Hub is the perfect social environment to take in all the action. Each marquee features unreserved tables and chairs where you can take a load off, share stories with your mates and still keep a view of the track. With an inside bar this weather protected facility is the perfect place to shelter from the elements. In two convenient locations on Turn 1 and Bass strait - GP Hub will help take your MotoGP experience to another level. Please Note: There is a "No Smoking" Policy for GP Hubs.

Group Booking Offer - Bonus Circuit Admission Ticket

A bonus ticket offer applies to group bookings of circuit tickets made in conjunction with a campground booking of 11 or more people via Grand Prix Travel®. With every purchase of 10 grandstand or 10 general admission tickets, one bonus equivalent ticket is received. All tickets must be of the same ticket type and price e.g. 10 Gardner Straight Grandstand tickets or 10 general admission tickets, and all tickets must be purchased as a single booking at the same time. To take advantage of this offer, tickets must be ordered and paid in full prior to close of business Friday September 28, 2012. This offer is not available for campground entry.
