How To Make A Booking

Below is a step-by-step guide to assist with making a booking online. Please review our booking conditions before making your reservation. If you require assistance, do not hesitate to contact us.

ACCOMMODATION

  1. Go to the Accommodation page, enter your arrival and departure dates* and then select an accommodation type and preferred bedding arrangements.
  2. Select your preferred accommodation package.
  3. To book the selected accommodation package, add the item to your shopping basket.
  4. To book additional packages, adjust the quantity** within the shopping basket. To book alternative packages, repeat steps 1 to 3.
  5. If you would like to book circuit entry tickets, go to the Tickets page.

* The Grand Prix Travel Office is able to confirm online bookings for the Grand Prix dates 26 - 29 March 2009 inclusive. For booking requests outside these dates, please contact us. A minimum three night stay applies to all bookings, Friday to Sunday night inclusive.

**A maximum of five rooms/apartments are available for purchase online, please contact us if you require more than five.

TICKETS

  1. You must add an accommodation package to your shopping basket before adding tickets.
  2. Go to the Tickets page.
  3. Select your preferred circuit entry ticket.
  4. To book the selected ticket, add the item to your shopping basket.
  5. To book additional tickets, adjust the quantity* within the shopping basket. To book alternative tickets, repeat steps 1 to 3.

* A limit of one circuit entry ticket per person can be booked in conjunction with an accommodation package. The Grand Prix Travel Office does not sell ticket only.

VIEW BASKET / CHECK OUT

  1. You can view your shopping basket at any time to check your selected items.
  2. When you are satisfied that your booking is complete, select Check Out.
  3. Enter your contact details.
  4. Select your preferred method of payment.
  5. When your booking has been completed a message will be displayed on the screen, quoting your booking reference number. An email will be sent directly to you confirming your booking details along with booking conditions. If you do not receive the email confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.
