How To Make A Booking

Below is a step-by-step guide to assist with making a booking online. Please review our Terms & Conditions before making your reservation. If you require assistance, do not hesitate to contact the Grand Prix Travel® team.

Grand Prix Travel Packages

1. From the Packages page, click the Search Packages button.
2. Select your preferred ticket type and enter your accommodation arrival / departure dates and room type, then click Search Packages.
3. From the search results page select your preferred accommodation, then click Book Now to add the package to your shopping cart.
4. Indicate in the quantity box of the shopping cart should you wish to confirm a package for a child (a maximum of five packages are available for purchase online).
5. To add another package to your shopping cart, repeat steps 1 - 3.

Check Out

1. Select View Shopping Cart from the main menu to check your selected items.
2. When you are satisfied that your booking is complete, select Check Out.
3. Enter the name of each person requiring a 2012 Formula 1™ Australian Grand Prix ticket, then select Proceed to Payment.
4. Enter your preferred method of payment and select Review My Booking.
5. Review your booking details and select Complete Check Out to confirm your booking.

When your booking has been completed a message will be displayed on the screen, quoting your booking reference number. An email will be sent directly to you confirming your booking details along with booking conditions. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, please contact the Grand Prix Travel® team.
